About the Principal

Jasmine Jolie, LL.B., LL.M.

Jasmine Jolie is the founder and principal of JGPC, a Toronto-based legal services firm serving clients across Ontario in English, Arabic, and French. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Sussex in 2024, completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, one of Canada's most respected law schools, and is currently pursuing admission as a lawyer in Ontario.

Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario (P12755), she is known for exacting preparation, direct communication in your language, and creative, practical solutions, and she leads every file personally, from the first consultation to the final result. Through JGPC's professional network, clients can also be connected with almost any lawyer, paralegal, licensed consultant, or mediator their matter may require. See how our referrals work.

Questions, Answered

Before you book

What is a licensed paralegal?
A licensed paralegal is a legal professional licensed and regulated by the Law Society of Ontario, authorized to provide legal services in permitted practice areas such as Small Claims Court, the Landlord and Tenant Board, traffic and provincial offences, and certain tribunal matters. You can verify any licence on the Law Society's public directory.
Do you provide services in Arabic?
Yes. JGPC serves clients fully in Arabic, English, and French, from the first consultation through documents, hearings, and correspondence.
How do consultations work?
Choose the consultation that fits, complete payment, and receive your confirmation with a calendar invitation. Consultations are available by video or in person. A 15-minute general inquiry is $150 plus HST. A 30-minute consultation with legal advice, available only in areas where paralegals are authorized to provide legal services, is $250 plus HST.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer and PayPal are accepted with no additional fee. Credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm are accepted with a processing fee. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
Can you give me legal advice about anything?
No, and we will never pretend otherwise. We provide legal advice only within the paralegal scope of practice authorized in Ontario. If your matter falls outside that scope, the general inquiry consultation helps identify the right professional, and we refer you appropriately.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
Yes. Consultations and many services are available by secure video. Some documents must be signed in person, and we confirm the requirements for your matter when you book.
